Our Business Service Team provides nationally recognized training grants to assist Arkansas businesses of all sizes in competing and growing. Our grants cover a portion of the training costs as well as related equipment and partial wage reimbursement in some cases. Businesses retain complete control over how, when, and where their employees are trained. We provide the necessary expertise, funding, and resources to ensure success. We have assisted many employees across the state in increasing their productivity while also assisting their employers in growing and competing in a global economy.
FEDERAL BONDING PROGRAM
The Federal Bonding Program provides an insurance policy that protects employers from potential losses caused by high-risk employees, such as previously incarcerated men, women, and youth, individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, welfare recipients, individuals with poor credit records, economically disadvantaged youth and adults with no work histories, and individuals dishonorably discharged from the military.
