Local Plan
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires each local workforce area to develop a local workforce development plan, which must be submitted as part of its regional plan.
The local plan contains more detailed, actionable plans and objectives that are consistent with the regional plan's respective strategic visions and goals.
