We would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce Ms. Patricia Murphy, our AARP Foundation SCSEP Program Representative at the Arkansas Workforce Center in Benton.
Patricia started at the Workforce Center in August 2021 and assists visitors in the computer lab as well as her team members with other tasks as needed. Her coworkers say she exemplifies what it means to be a contributing member of a team that is critical to the overall success of the Workforce Center at Benton and that they consider themselves extremely fortunate to have her on their team.
Furthermore, as an AARP Foundation SCSEP Program Representative, her primary responsibilities include providing individuals aged fifty-five (55) and older with training experiences that will help bridge entry-level and mid-level positions with employers in their communities.
Current Saline County residents 55 years of age and older who are unemployed and looking for work may be eligible for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) should contact Patricia at 501-315-7702.
