The Driving Force of Trucking

The transportation and trucking industry continues to see high demand across the country. As a backbone of the U.S. economy, the sector is responsible for delivering everything from raw materials to consumer goods. With the surge in e-commerce and the increasing expectations for fast delivery, trucking has become more essential than ever.

Recognizing this need, the Central Arkansas Workforce Development Area (CAWDA) has partnered with River Rock CDL Training, LLC to equip individuals with the skills necessary for success in the transportation field. This long-standing partnership has proven instrumental in preparing job seekers for meaningful, high-demand careers.

“At River Rock, our mission is to go above and beyond the leading industry standards to ensure the highest quality of training and to prepare our students to be Professional Drivers in the Transportation Industry,” said Hayes. “We’ve worked with tons of students to help them achieve their career goals. I look forward to working for many more years.”

River Rock's philosophy is centered on providing a comprehensive, hands-on training experience that sets students up for lasting success. The goal is clear: produce highly qualified drivers and contribute to restoring Arkansas to full employment.
