The Central Arkansas Workforce Development Board has completed a draft of the Regional and Four-Year Local Plan for the 2024-2027 Program Years and hereby presents the draft for public review and comment. The Regional and Four-Year Local Plan can be located at www.workforcear.com The comment period will extend for 30 days beginning on March 17, 2024, and will end at 4:30 p.m. on April 17, 2024. Public comments will be considered in the final draft of the Consolidated Plan, which will be submitted to the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services. To be considered in the final plan, written comments must be received during the 30-day public comment period. Written comments may be addressed to: CAPDD, Attn: Carmen Edwards, P. O.
