Free professional welding classes begin December 1 at Arkansas Baptist College

The Arkansas Baptist College Adult Education Program is now enrolling for its Professional Welding Classes, beginning December 1, 2025. These free classes offer adults the opportunity to gain hands-on welding skills and prepare for a rewarding career in a high-demand trade.
Classes will be held at the Arkansas Baptist College – Adult Education Department at 1600 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive at the Old Main Building, Room B107 in Little Rock, AR 72202.
This program provides students with the essential training and technical knowledge needed to enter the workforce as skilled welders. Participants will learn safety procedures, welding techniques, and industry best practices under the guidance of experienced instructors.
Funded by Arkansas Workforce Connections and the Office of Adult Education, the welding program is designed to remove barriers to education and help Arkansans develop valuable skills for long-term career success.
