At 26 years old, Weston Reeves turned a career setback into a story of success through the Dislocated Worker Program.
Determined to get back on track and build a stable future, Weston enrolled in professional training at 160 Driving Academy, where he gained the skills and certifications needed to enter the trucking industry.

With hard work and persistence, Weston completed his training and soon after secured employment with Werner Enterprises, one of the nation’s leading transportation companies.
Today, Weston earns $2,700 per week, a testament to his dedication and the valuable opportunities provided through the Dislocated Worker Program.
Weston’s journey highlights how determination and access to quality workforce development resources can lead to meaningful, high-wage employment and lasting career success.
