Job Opportunity: One-Stop Manager Needed at Conway Workforce Center

The Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. (CAPDD) is seeking a qualified professional to serve as One-Stop Manager at the Arkansas Workforce Center located in Conway.

This leadership role is a vital part of the region’s workforce development system, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient service delivery for job seekers, employers, and partners.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, technical writing, or a related field. A minimum of three years of management experience in workforce training or a related area is required. However, equivalent education or experience may be considered in place of these formal qualifications.

Successful candidates must demonstrate:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in computer use and digital tools

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel as needed
