At just 20 years old, Juleisa Phipps is already proving what determination and hard work can achieve. A single mother with a passion for serving others, Juleisa has her sights set on a career in social and public service—specifically working with children.
Through the Out-of-School Youth (OSY) Work Experience program, Juleisa gained valuable hands-on training that prepared her for success in the workforce.

Today, she is employed with the United States Postal Service as a Postal Support Employee, earning $20.48 per hour.
Balancing work, motherhood, and her future ambitions, Juleisa continues to push forward.
Her ultimate goal is to enter college and pursue a degree that will allow her to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families.
