The Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. (CAPDD) is now accepting applications for the position of One-Stop Manager at the Arkansas Workforce Center located in Conway, Arkansas.

About the Position

The One-Stop Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Workforce Center, ensuring efficient coordination of services, and promoting workforce development initiatives within the region. This leadership position requires a strong background in workforce training and management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in public administration, general business, technical writing, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a managerial role within workforce training or a related field.

• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.

• Proficiency in oral and written communication is essential.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are required.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel are necessary.

Additional Requirements

• The selected applicant must undergo a criminal background check and drug and alcohol screening following a conditional job offer.
