Invitation For Bid For Janitorial Services
The Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. (CAPDD) is seeking sealed bids for Janitorial Services for their office located at 324 Pershing, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Invitation for Bid (IFB) packages may be obtained by contacting Fay Cox at (501) 676-2721, Arkansas Relay Service 1-800-285-1121 (voice), 1-800-285-1131 (TDD), from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, or by writing/visiting the CAPDD Administrative Office at 902 North Center Street, Post Office Box 300, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086.
Sealed bids are to be mailed, or hand delivered to Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc., P. O. Box 300, 902 North Center Street, Lonoke, AR 72086 and clearly labeled “Confidential IFB Janitorial North Little Rock Office Attn: Fay Cox”. Sealed bids must reach the CAPDD Administrative Office no later than 4:00 pm, Thursday, April 30, 2026. Bids will be opened at 10:00 am on Friday, May 1, 2026 at Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, Inc. located at 902 North Center Street, Lonoke, Arkansas.
