Position Overview

As a PCT or CNA at Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas, you’ll play a vital role in delivering individualized care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transferring, and eating)
Providing personal, compassionate care
Observing, reporting, and documenting changes in residents’ conditions
Engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities

Physical Requirements:

Ability to move intermittently throughout the day
Perform light physical work, exerting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally (unassisted)

Qualifications

Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
