The Best Care Training originally scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2026, has been postponed due to a winter weather advisory affecting the state. The safety of participants and instructors is our top priority, and this decision was made to ensure everyone’s well-being.


The new date for this training is Saturday, February 21, 2026. A reminder with additional details will be sent closer to the rescheduled date.


At this time, the class is at capacity, and we are unable to accept additional participants for the February training. Those who were already registered will retain their spot. We encourage anyone unable to register to consider our upcoming 5-hour Best Care Training in March.


Upcoming Best Care Training – March 2026

  • Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026

  • Location: U of A Cooperative Extension Office2301 S. University Ave., Little Rock, AR 72204

  • Registration Deadline: March 5, 2026

  • Training Hours: 5-hour Best Care Training

  • Time: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (or until training is completed)


Please note that lunch and snacks are not provided; however, participants are welcome to bring their own.

  • Registrations are not accepted by phone or on-site.
