The Central Arkansas Workforce Development Board (CAWDB) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Audit and Monitoring Services.
CAWDB is seeking a qualified, independent consultant to conduct Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Monitoring for the Central Arkansas Workforce Development Area covering Program Years (PY) 2021 through 2024.
The Central Arkansas Planning and Development District (CAPDD) currently serves as the One-Stop Operator for the Central Arkansas Workforce Development Area. The selected consultant will be responsible for reviewing compliance, performance, and administrative functions in accordance with WIOA Title I requirements.
